Account Credentials & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck44sap login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. Processing Times
Deposits are credited to your ck44sap account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment network. Own-Name Payments Only
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. ck44sap does not accept third-party payments. Deposits received from accounts not matching the registered player's identity may be reversed and the associated ck44sap account suspended pending investigation. Similarly, all withdrawals will be sent only to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
Currency
All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). USDT deposits are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. ck44sap is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Random Number Generation

ck44sap accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. All wagers are placed voluntarily by the player. Players accept full personal responsibility for their gambling decisions.
Third-Party Services
ck44sap is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and USDT network operators) or third-party game providers. Maximum Liability Cap
Where ck44sap is found liable to a player under any cause of action, the maximum aggregate liability of ck44sap to that player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ck44sap account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.
Account Termination
Either party — you as the player, or ck44sap — may terminate your account and your access to the platform at any time, subject to the conditions set out below.
Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your ck44sap account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. If you are requesting closure as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please specify this in your request so that we may apply appropriate safeguards.
Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure
ck44sap reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Effect of Termination
Upon account termination, your right to access and use the ck44sap platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances held at the time of termination will be handled as follows: where closure is player-initiated or administrative, remaining balances are returned to the player's verified payment method. Where closure follows a finding of fraud or material breach, balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the originating payment source or held as required by law.
